Method
Cut each block of paneer into 12 cubes. Deseed the peppers and chop them roughly. Put both into a mixing bowl, add the oil and the tikka masala paste, and turn everything over until the paneer and peppers are evenly coated.
Set a large frying pan over high heat. Tip in the paneer and peppers along with all the oil and paste, spread them out into a single layer and fry for about 5 minutes, turning regularly with a spatula, until the paneer is crisp on every side.
While that cooks, make the raita. Spoon the yoghurt into a small bowl and tear in half the mint. Coarsely grate in the cucumber, then peel and finely grate in the garlic. Season with salt and black pepper and stir together.
Take the pan off the heat. Warm the rotis to the timing on the packet and lay two on each plate. Spoon over the tikka paneer and peppers, add the raita and a spoonful of mango chutney, then tear over the last of the mint.
